School Improvement - Data Driven Decision Making
School Improvement Planning is critical to obtaining student achievement. Data driven decision making is a core value in the Cedar Rapids Community
School District. Effective organizations utilize data, not "hunches"
or "emotions" to make instructional decisions. As Building
Leadership Teams facilitate the school improvement planning process through
the use of data, the SIP plan is becoming much more of a guiding document
for schools.
